Blocked from a site

I think my ip has been blocked from a site as i cant login from my home computer because theres no submit button, but on my mates computer there is one and i can access the site. Is there anyway to get through it like a way to hide my ip or summat?

What site is it..it could be a fault with your firewall or the actual site.

Ive fixed it im using summat called stealther, its not my firewall or anything its an online game i play and they blocked me because i won.
