Help Removing Movie Maker

ok i wanna quickly edit some stuff in movie maker 2, but every time the small clip is gettin imported it just crashes...so i want to remove it then redownload it again, but iv looked in the programe films but there isnt anything anywhere i can remove it for some reason so can anyway help me out here? thx

that used to happen to me with movie maker 1 but then i got movie maker 2 then it was all better

can't you just reinstall right over it?

no it dont, doesnt change it at all...just stays the same

When I used movie maker way back ages ago, one day I loaded it and it crashed with every action I performed. I found the problem to be a divx codec called antifreeze. This could be the source of your problem, or it could be not.

In the Add/Remove options, click on Windows Components or whatever on the left. Should be hidden there somewhere.

Its not listed there. If it was that easy. :D

Movie Maker is listed under C:/WINDOWS/INF/moviemk.inf

Don't know what tis is though. :ohdear:

nope sorry to say u cant uninstall Movie Maker. its a bitch. coz mine crashes all the time and ive tried loads to fix it.

Now its just buggered to hell. the only way to fix it wud to be to reformat and reinstall windows....
