Show off you super computers. Mines currently undergoing some upgrades 3 -color LED lighting fan and a blue cathode neon light.
asus p4c800 800mhz FSB 8x AGP
p4 3.2ghz [HT] oc to a 4.0ghz (don't worry I pity you manufacturer bought pc users not meaning to sound cocky)
raidmax scorpio 688 420watt case with lcd thermal temp display with heatsink and five case fans
1gig of pc3200 dual channel ram
upgraded to a 200GB maxtor hard drive
A 9800 pro 128MB oc 411.8/364.5
16x dvd drive and another nec dvd+r/rw
audigy 2 zs 7.1
windows xp operating system
and a 17in flatcreen lcd

ok fine the silence has gotten to me. 3.6 was the max I got it with good cooling I just like to exaggerate it cause I could round it. Please don't throw cup cakes at me :cry:

Did you aim like 3 case fans at it or what? How you OC it to 4 GhZ
I just got a shit computer right now I'm waiting to build my new one next fall after the Tejas chips come out if their better than the Prescott I'll go with it.
Nothing special but it works:
AMD Athlon 1800+
512 RAM
Radeon 9200 SE 128mb
2 HD's, 60gig (2 partions), 80gig
Dual Monitors, 17inch, 15inch
DVD drive
Removable HD tray
windows xp operating system.

DVD thing, firewall card for the camera, lost the side panel and the fan has broken so i point the air conditioner at it to stop it overheating. Old ass moniter, lost the F4 key and the flap is missing from the A drive.

Yeah but you don't have a video & audio library, put together videos or compose music, do you? At least, not to the scale I do... & I'm pretty much out of room. I'm going to switch out the 160s with 300GB HDDs soon.
Edit - I'd also like to point out that I built my computer over 2 years ago, or close to that. The 160GB HDDs in my system were the first publically available drives with that capacity (Maxtor).

yeah i use maxtor now from a 120gb western digital. wd has crashed on me three times before

hey xeno get tweak xp pro and go through utilites and let it search for unecassary files and and empty folders. It'll clean up a lot of shit. also run a RAM optimizer and unload some memory (restarting could do the trick too)

I read review for some Western Digital stuff on newegg.com and they said theirs crashed too.... :nope:
